Former Leeds United and Republic of Ireland player John Giles talks about turning 50 and being inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame.

When asked about his thoughts on turning 50, John comments

I have an ambition now Shay to try and enjoy myself a bit more than I did for the previous 50 years.

They also chat about the financial side of playing football professionally and how things have changed. Giles says he didn't enjoy his time in management although he loved working with players the other demands from club owners and the media were less appealing.

Now a commentator and writer on football Giles says the job is good fun and it's a way of staying involved in the game he loved to play.
