In 1975 Aindreas Ó Gallchoir interviewed Irish language poet Seán Ó Ríordáin for the programme 'Writer in Profile'.
Poet Seán Ó Ríordáin was the subject of 'Writer in Profile' on 20 May 1970. By then he had published two collections of poetry in Irish, 'Eireaball Spideoige' (1952) and Brosna (1964). He talks to presenter Aindreas Ó Gallchóir about growing up bilingually in Ballyvourney, Co. Cork, where both his father and grandmother were native speakers.
