Growing up as the daughter of a famous poet.

Nobel laureate William Butler Yeats was born in Dublin in 1865. Yeats married Georgie Hyde-Lees late in life and had two children, the artist Anne Yeats and the politician Michael Yeats.

In this extract from 'Hanly's People', Anne Yeats talks to David Hanly about her childhood as the daughter of a famous poet. She remembers the care her mother took of him and all the things she did to make his life easier.
