Minister for Posts and Telegraphs Conor Cruise O’Brien discusses the changes to the Broadcasting Act and in particular the section dealing with the Irish language.
Cruise O'Brien describes how he holds much more admiration for the language than for organisations that are set up to foster the language.
The Minister also comments on RTÉ programming in Northern Ireland and the influence that Section 31 will have.
