A 23-year-old man is due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates Court on Monday morning on a number of drug charges.
He has been charged with a total of 16 offences including conspiracy to supply class A, B and C drugs, possessing class A, B and C drugs with intent to supply and misconduct in public office.
The charges follow an investigation by the PSNI into the trafficking of prohibited items into Maghaberry Prison.
Two women, aged 55 and 26, were arrested following searches of properties in Lisburn and Dungannon.
The two women have since been released on bail pending further inquiries.
