Two cyclists were hospitalised and four others were injured during a cycling event in Co Clare this morning.
The incident happened at Firgrove near Shannon.
One cyclist collided with a car, and then his bike collided with other cyclists.
One person sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
