Preliminary results of post mortem on the body of a 43-year-old man found on a green area at the Gallows Hill area of Ennis earlier today indicate no involvement by a third party or foul play.
Gardaí say they are continuing their inquiries into the man's death as they prepare a report for the coroner and for an inquest to be held at a future date.
The man's body was spotted lying in a green area in the upper Turnpike area of the town by a passer-by at 10am.
