Drugs worth €3.8m have been seized by gardaí in Co Meath.
Initial estimates were put at €5.3m, but this has since been revised downwards following further examination.
The discovery was made after gardaí searched a house, lands and vehicles in Clinstown, Stamullen at about 2.45pm yesterday.
A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene and is being held at Kells Garda Station.
He is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow morning.

Chief Superintendent Fergus Healy said cannabis herb, cannabis resin and MDMA were discovered at the house in Stamullen and other minor substances were also recovered at the scene.
He described the seizure as very significant for local detectives.
Gardaí said the seizure was made following an intelligence-led operation and the find is expected to have an impact on drugs activity in the northeast area.
In total 160kg of cannabis herb, 30kgs of cocaine and 2.5kg of cannabis resin was seized.
