Gardaí have renewed their appeal for information after the body of a man was discovered on Bray beach last month.

The man, whose body was found on 27 March, has yet to be identified.

He is described as white, aged in his early 40s, with blue eyes, of a very slim build and with dark brown hair greying around the temple.

He was 1.86m (6’1") tall and weighed about 60.1kg (9st 4lb). He had no distinguishing marks or tattoos.

The man was wearing a green and brown camouflage jacket, blue jeans and black runner boots.

He was found with a brown and green camouflage rucksack and a pair of glasses.
