A 26-year-old man has been arrested by gardaí investigating the murder of Vincent Parsons in Dublin last month.
Mr Parsons, 34, was discovered in the Killinarden area of Tallaght with serious head injuries on 24 August.
He died two days later in Tallaght Hospital.
The man is being questioned at Tallaght Garda Station.
It is the second arrest in the investigation.
A 24-year-old man was arrested last month in connection with the killing and was released without charge.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
