A man arrested as part of an investigation into a fatal fire at a house in Dublin has been released without charge.
A 44-year-old man died following the fire, which happened at a house on Oaklands Terrace in Terenure at around 3am on Tuesday.
The man was taken from the house in a critical condition and died at St James's Hospital on Wednesday.
Three other people were taken uninjured from an upper floor of the house.
Gardaí have launched an investigation into the fire. A technical examination was carried out at the house following the fire.
The arrested man, in his 30s, was taken to Terenure Garda Station for questioning but has since been release.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
