A 56-year-old man is being questioned in Dublin following a drug seizure in the city last night.
Heroin and cocaine worth around €300,000 were found during a search of a flat in the Whitefriar Gardens area.
The search was carried out as part of Operation Thistle, which was set up to target the Kinahan crime gang.
Heroin and mixing agent worth an estimated €250,000 were discovered along with €50,000 of cocaine and crack cocaine.
The man can be held for up to seven days.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
