A man has been arrested in connection with a drug seizure in Dublin.
He was detained yesterday after the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau, assisted by the Special Crime Task Force investigating serious organised criminal activity in west Dublin, searched an industrial unit in Newcastle, Co Dublin.
Approximately €1.6 million worth of cannabis herb was recovered.
The man, aged in his late 30s, was arrested at the scene and is being held at Clondalkin Garda Station
