Two men arrested as part of an investigation into the death of a man in a house fire in Co Cavan last year have been released without charge.
Oliver Murray, 59, died following the blaze at a property in Derrylurgan, Ballyjamesduff, on 2 August 2018.
The men, aged 37 and 51, were arrested yesterday and taken to Bailieborough Garda Station for questioning.
They have since been released and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Gardaí say the investigation into the fatal fire has been upgraded to homicide.
