Gardaí have arrested two men in Co Tipperary for conspiracy to import gun, bombs and ammunition into the country.
The two men were arrested by officers from the Special Detective Unit at a house in Cahir this afternoon.
The men, who are aged 50 and 33, are being detained at Cahir Garda Station where they can be questioned for up to three days.
The house has been sealed off for a forensic examination.
