A man arrested under terror legislation on suspicion of possessing fraudulent documents has been released pending a report to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Gardaí from the Special Detective Unit in conjunction with London Metropolitan Police yesterday searched a number of properties in the Dublin area and the man was detained.
The man, in his 40s, was held at a Dublin garda station.
He has now been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the DPP.
