A five-year-old boy who was reported missing in Dublin this afternoon has now been found safe and well.
Gardaí had appealed to the public for assistance in locating Richard Roche who was reported missing this afternoon at 3pm.
Richard was in the People's Park, in Dun Laoghaire, playing on the swings before he went missing.
However, he was found after 7pm this evening a short distance from the park.
Gardaí have expressed their thanks to members of the public for their assistance in the matter.
