A 17-year-old has gone on trial charged with the murder of another youth in Claremorris, Co Mayo, in 2015.
Dovydas Jenkas died following an incident at 17 Claremont Manor, Knock Road on 19 December 2015.
The accused, who cannot be named due to his age, has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The trial is taking place at the Central Criminal Court, sitting in Castlebar.
Mr Justice Paul Butler told jurors that the case is expected to run into next week.
When proceedings resumed after lunch this afternoon, Mr Justice Butler was told that one of the 12 jurors had taken ill.
The judge adjourned proceedings until tomorrow morning, when a replacement juror will be selected.
No evidence was heard on the first day of the trial.
