Thirty jobs are being created with the opening of a new service station on the N17 in Co Mayo.
Charlestown Service Station includes fast food outlets, a coffee dock and convenience shop.
Minister of State for Regional and Economic Development Michael Ring officially opened the service station this afternoon.
Owners Pat and Una McDonagh of Supermac's said they strive to be strong members of the local community.
Mr McDonagh said: "We are heartened the minister recognises the benefits of The Charlestown Service Station in providing essential services for the local community and motorists on the N5 and N17."
