Gardaí in Balbriggan are investigating the discovery of a man with serious head injuries on the side of the road in north county Dublin this morning.
The man in his late 20s was found on the R128 Skerries to Loughshinny Road at around 9am.
He has has been taken to Beaumont Hospital.
