A man in his 20s has died in a workplace incident in Waterford.
The man was fatally injured when a wall which he was working on collapsed on him on Parnell Street at around 4pm.
The man was taken to University Hospital Waterford for a post-mortem examination.
Both gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority are carrying out investigations.
