Dublin Fire Brigade have had an early start to the annual Halloween festivities, with units called out to respond to bonfires on both sides of the city.
The fire brigade said eggs were thrown at one of the vehicles over the course of the evening.
A window was broken in the same vehicle last week.
Three units were also dispatched to deal with a domestic fire in Clondalkin.
A further four units were called out to a container fire near the Red Cow junction on the M50. Drivers in the area are asked to take care.
Some chicken decided it would be great craic to egg one of our appliances. It was the same truck that had its window smashed last week. pic.twitter.com/OIv3TNW7Yq
