A couple and three children have escaped injury after a petrol bomb was thrown at a house in Co Antrim.
The PSNI say the incident occurred on Oakwood Road in Carrickfergus at about 11.30pm last night.
A window was smashed but the device failed to ignite.
Police have removed the petrol bomb for forensic examination.
