Man's body found in stream in Dublin park

Gardaí in Raheny are investigating the sudden death of a man whose body was found in a stream in St Anne's Park this morning.

The man, believed to have been in his 50s, was discovered by a passer-by at around 8am.

His remains have been removed to hospital.

The stream area, close to the park's well-known duck pond, has been sealed off for investigation.

The death is not being treated as suspicious at this point in the investigation.
