Luas drivers have accepted a Labour Court recommendation aimed at ending their four month dispute which has shut down the tram service for 12 days since February.
66% of the drivers voted to accepted the recommendation, while 34% voted against.
The recommendations include wage increases of up to 18.3% and the reversal of cuts to drivers' benefits.
Luas operator Transdev has confirmed that after giving careful consideration to the terms of the recommendation by the Labour Court, the company agreed to accept it.
The dispute over pay is now over.
SIPTU Divisional Organiser, Owen Reidy said: "The recommendation contains improved terms in relation to the link between productivity and pay increases that will amount to between 15.6% to 18.3% between now and September 2020."
Meanwhile, Transdev Ireland's Gerry Madden said: "At the end of the day, it’s been very difficult. We’ve said all along there would be no winners in this – the company hasn’t won, I don’t think SIPTU will be saying they’ve won, the customers haven’t won.
"So I think it’s a question of just accepting that there’s been damage across all sides and we need to move forward now and rebuild some relationships here."
Minister for Transport Shane Ross welcomed the results of the ballot saying it is a positive outcome for the travelling public.
