A man and woman, both in their 70s, have died following a two car collision in Co Cork.
The crash happened on the main Buttevant to Mallow road at around 5.30pm.
Witnesses say the couple's car appeared to veer across the road into the path of an oncoming car.
The couple were from the Buttevant area.
The woman driving the other car sustained non-life threatening injuries in the collision.
