A man in his 40s has died following a workplace accident in Co Wexford.
It is understood the incident happened shortly after three o'clock this afternoon at the Casey concrete facility near Gorey.
The man's body has been removed to Waterford Regional Hospital where a post mortem examination will be carried out.
Gardaí have preserved the scene and the Health and Safety Authority has been notified.
