Appeal to find missing mother and newborn baby

An appeal has been launched to find a 23-year-old woman and her one-week-old daughter who are missing from their home in Co Roscommon since last Friday.

Paige Holland, also known as Abbie Goodier or Paige Goodier, left her home at Westview, Cloonfad with her daughter Nevaeh Goodier/Tighe on Friday 15 January.

Ms Holland is described as being 1.67m (5'6) tall, of medium build with blonde shoulder length hair. She has a strong English accent. It is not known what she was wearing when last seen.

Her daughter Nevaeh was born on 13 January 2016.

The pair are believed to be travelling with Ms Holland's partner Aaron Tighe, also known as Aaron Chadwick or Ian Smith.

Mr Tighe, 22, is described as being 1.67m (5'6) tall, of medium build and with short brown/fair hair.

He also has a strong English accent.

It is not known what form of transport they may be using, although gardaí say they may be using public transport.

Gardaí are liaising with Tusla in relation to the incident and ask Ms Holland to make contact with Castlerea Garda Station as soon as possible.
