Among the properties are offices at 4-5 Grand Canal Square and a retail portfolio comprising five regional shopping centres.

There is also a residential property portfolio comprising approximately 600 apartments spread across seven locations in Dublin.

Mr McDonagh said they were witnessing strong levels of interest in Irish assets both among domestic and international investors.
