A driver taking part in a rally in Co Waterford has been killed.
Paul Mulcahy, from Dungarvan in Co Waterford, died from injuries he sustained in a crash on stage four of the Carrick-on-Suir Stages Rally this afternoon..
His co-driver, in his 20s, has been taken to Waterford Regional Hospital.
The rest of the event has been cancelled as a mark of respect.
