A man in his late 60s died in a road collision in Co Kerry last night.

The cyclist was fatally injured when he was struck by a mini bus.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body was removed to Tralee General Hospital.

The driver of the mini bus was not injured.

Gardaí in Killarney are investigating the incident, which occurred at Kilcummin Cross on the Tralee to Killarney road at about 9.45pm.
