A man who was being questioned in relation to the death of Shane O'Connor in Donaghmede has been released without charge.
He is the second man to be arrested, questioned and released in relation to this case.
Gardaí say their investigation is ongoing.
Mr O'Connor, 22, died in hospital after he was found seriously injured on St Donagh's Road in Donaghmede.
