A woman has been killed and three people have been injured after a road crash near Mullingar, Co Westmeath.
The 51-year-old woman died after her car was involved in a collision with another vehicle on the Delvin Road outside Mullingar at around 6pm.
A teenager and a seven-year-old, who were both passengers in her car, are being treated for their injuries at the Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar.
The driver of the other car involved in the crash was brought by the Air Corps to Tallaght Hospital.
