Emergency services are battling a fire which has broken out at the old Cemex factory on the outskirts of Naas.
A spokeswoman says a number of units of the fire brigade are at the scene.
The factory is located at the slip rd just off the N7/Naas Rd at J9 Naas North.
Traffic is extremely slow both ways on the N7 as a result and motorists are urged to take care as visibility may be impacted.
