A crew member on board an Aran Islands ferry has been taken to University Hospital Galway after sustaining injuries to his head in a fall this afternoon.
The accident happened when the man was climbing a ladder on the boat.
The ferry was in Kilronan Harbour on Inis Mór at the time.
