Additional security restrictions imposed on Dublin Airport after it failed an audit by the European Commission last month have been lifted.
It follows an inspection of airport security by EC officials earlier this week.
Minister for Transport Leo Varadkar told RTÉ's Today with Pat Kenny that "the EC were in town two days ago, and we've passed the audit this time."
Mr Varadkar said that "the Article 15 restrictions that were imposed have now been lifted, so Dublin is now a normal airport again."
