An elderly woman has died in a fire at a sheltered housing development in west Belfast.
The blaze broke out in a bedroom at Owenvale Court on the Springfield Road.
Staff at the development managed to extinguish the fire before the emergency services arrived, but the 81-year-old resident was badly burned and died later in the Royal Victoria Hospital.
The PSNI is not treating the fire as suspicious.
