A woman has died in a car crash in Co Galway.
The 35-year-old woman was travelling in a car that collided with a bus near the village of Oranmore.
The crash happened on the old Dublin Road between Oranmore and Galway city at 10.30am.
Gardaí say the woman was married and was from Galway city. She was pronounced dead at Galway University Hospital.
The driver and passengers in the bus escaped uninjured.
The road has been closed at the scene and gardaí say diversions will remain in place for several hours.
