A motorcyclist has died in a road crash in Co Cork.
The 25-year-old was fatally injured when his motorbike collided with a barrier on the N8 at Curraghprevin near Rathcormack at 3.15pm.
He was taken to Cork University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Gardai have appealed for witnesses to contact them at Fermoy Garda Station on 025-82100, the Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
