Seven people were rescued from two separate fires in Northern Ireland.
Fire fighters brought four residents to safety at an apartment block in south Belfast early this morning.
The cause of the fire at the four-storey building attached to the Malone Lodge Hotel is being investigated. The building provides self-catering for hotel guests.
Elsewhere, three people were rescued from a fire at adjoining houses in Mary Street in Newry, Co Down.
