Gardaí are investigating the discovery of a man's body inside the military police headquarters at Government Buildings in Dublin.
The body was discovered late last night with a gunshot wound.
The dead man was 50 and a member of the Defence Forces.
It is understood gardaí are not seeking anyone else in connection with the incident.
