1200 A few more pictures in today's gallery now.
Thanks again for all the photos you've been sending in, and apologies that we can't use everything - there are just so many!
A few tips to improve your chances of getting your pictures included:
If you include the location and a (very) brief description in the subject line it is easier for us to sort through the hundreds and hundreds of emails we're getting every day.
Example: Cows trying to graze, Westmeath.
We're trying to get a mix from all around the country, but we're receiving far more pictures of Dublin than anywhere else.
Our pictures have to be in a ratio of 16:9. Portrait pictures just won't work with our gallery dimensions.
We've got some really great pictures that just won't crop to fit our gallery.
Choose your best picture and send it in - emails with multiple pictures take much longer to process.
Try to keep the filesize around 1-2MB - any bigger and it's slower to open, any smaller and it may not look great on the site.
