RTÉ will have comprehensive coverage across all platforms - television, radio, online, mobile and Aertel - of Budget 2011.
On Television, Budget 2011 starts at 2.55pm on RTÉ One until Nuacht at 5.40pm. The programme will include Leaders' Questions followed by live coverage of the Budget Statement by Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan.
Live coverage of the speech, along with replies from the Opposition parties, will continue on RTÉ Two between 4.25pm and 6.30pm.
The RTÉ Six One News will provide a comprehensive look at the Budget, with analysis from RTÉ correspondents and early reaction from politicians and interest groups.
Following an extended RTÉ Nine O'Clock News, there will be a Prime Time Budget Special at 9.40pm.
The programme will include debate between the Minister for Finance and Fine Gael Finance Spokesperson Michael Noonan, as well as analysis from a panel of experts and politicians.
RTÉ Nuacht, in co-production with TG4, will have an hour-long Budget Special, Buiséad, on TG4 at 7pm.
RTÉ Radio will provide up-to-date budget coverage and analysis on both Budget Day itself and Wednesday 8 December.
There will be an extended Drivetime Budget Special from 3pm through to 7pm on Budget Day. Analysis continues at 10pm with Late Debate, live from Leinster House.
RTÉ Raidio na Gaeltachta will also have live coverage with Lá na Cáinaisnéise, beo ó Theach Laighean. On Wednesday, Pat Kenny will host a live phone-in with the Finance Minister at 10am on RTÉ Radio 1.
