A 30-year-old man has been killed in a car crash in Co Meath.
The three-car collision happened on the Virginia Road in Oldcastle at about 3.30pm this afternoon.
The man, who was a passenger in the car, was taken to Cavan Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the car was also injured, although his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The road was closed for a technical examination but has since reopened.

A woman in her 50s has died after being struck by a car on the old N6 between Ballinasloe and Athlone.
The collision happened at around 6pm last night at Ballydangan, which is about 5km outside Ballinasloe, on the R446 Athlone Road in Co Roscommon.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body has been removed to Ballinasloe Hospital.
