The wreckage of 'The Jennifer' fishing boat has been located near Glengad Head in Co Donegal.
The body of 65-year-old experienced fisherman Edward Doherty 'Lisa' from Ross Head, Malin Head, Donegal, was recovered this morning from the sea near Glengad.
His nephew, Robert McLaughlin 'Jackie', who went out with him early this morning to check fishing pots on the fishing boat is still missing.
A search continued throughout the day to find him, but it was called off this evening. It will resume in the morning.
The alarm was raised at around 10.45am when another fisherman saw a body in the sea.
The Coastguard was alerted to the incident and the Coastguard helicopter out of Sligo, the Lough Swilly and Portrush lifeboats and local fishing boats are at the scene.
