Daylight Saving Time or summer time ends 2am Sunday 31 October when the clocks go back one hour.
The Minister for Justice and Law Reform Mr Dermot Ahern TD, has said he would like to remind the general public that 'Winter Time' will commence at 1am Greenwich Mean Time on Sunday 31 October 2010.
Clocks and watches should be put back one hour at that time.
Winter time is due to end at 1am Greenwich Mean Time on Sunday 27 March 2011.
