Saturday’s winning Lotto ticket holder has collected his winnings of almost €16.4m from National Lottery offices in Dublin.
The man, who has decided to remain anonymous, said he was ‘delighted to have won’ and would share the winnings with is family.
'I don't play Lotto every week; however I'm more likely to play when the jackpot is a big amount, such as last weekend,' the Dublin man added.
The €30, multi-draw, multi-play ticket was purchased on Friday from Donnybrook Fair, Dublin 4.
The winning numbers were chosen by the man himself.
The numbers drawn on Saturday were: 15, 16, 22, 25, 31 and 32. The bonus number was 37.
The jackpot had rolled-over for 16 weeks before it was won.
