The Keith Prowse call centre in Lisfannon, Buncrana, Co Donegal, is to close with the loss of 50 full-time and 50 part-time jobs.
The group's Chief Executive Paul Burns said that the call centre, which handles ticket sales for entertainment events, will officially close its doors on Sunday.
Mr Burns said that many of the workers have already been let go.
He said: 'The company has suspended trading for the moment pending possible restructure. We are waiting for the appointment of the administrators.'
Mr Burns added that there were a number of factors involved in the decision to close, which he said was taken 'in the best interest of the company and its creditors'.
Reacting to the news, a spokesperson for Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Innovation Batt O'Keeffe said the minister 'has been in contact with the Donegal regional office of the IDA and has asked them to explore the possibility of selling or leasing the building to another investor'.
The minister is also said to have 'asked FÁS to take immediate steps to arrange the necessary employment-assistance interventions.'
The Mayor of Buncrana, Sinn Féin Cllr Pádraig MacLochlainn, said that the focus now must be on marketing the premises to potential investors.
The company opened its customer support centre in Donegal in 2002.
