Efforts are under way today to establish the identity of a man who died in a fire in Dalkey, Co Dublin, early yesterday morning.
The man's body was found after the blaze was reported at a derelict house on Ulverton Road.
The man is thought to have been aged between 40 and 50.
Gardaí said they believe he had been staying at the house on and off over the last number of weeks.
It is not yet known what caused the fire.
