Homes evacuated after NI gorse fire

Nine homes had to be evacuated in Whitehead on the Co Antrim coast overnight following a gorse fire.

The fires were started deliberately along the main road to Carrickfergus.

Last week, similar gorse fires were started by arsonists in the hills overlooking west Belfast.
